養(yǎng)豬廢水處理工程實例介紹

臨沂市某養(yǎng)豬場是一家集養(yǎng)殖繁育、飼料研發(fā)生產、農產品加工為一體的民營企業(yè)，養(yǎng)豬存欄數2,000頭。養(yǎng)殖場廢水主要來自豬的糞便、尿液。主要污染物為COD、BOD5、SS、NH4+-N及細菌等。顯著特點是“四高”即氨氮高、SS高、COD高、BOD5有機物污染高。因此，去除高濃度SS污染也是養(yǎng)豬廢水處理一個很重要的難點。在調研分析國內同類工程并通過中試的基礎上，終確定采用預處理-UASB-缺氧-多級生物接觸氧化為主的處理工藝，工程施工安裝完成后，經過4個月的調試，出水水質優(yōu)于設計標準，沼氣穩(wěn)定回收利用。
